Cake Mix chocolate chip cookies - rediculously easy and delicious!

If you have a packet cake mix in your pantry then you are already on your way to making these lovely little biscuits. Chances are you have the remaining four ingredients so.....time to get baking!

I found this fabulously easy recipe on Baking with Blondie, a gorgeous baking blog worthy of a visit (Warning!!! You may stay a lot longer than expected drooling at the pretty pictures!)

So this is the recipe...

Cake Mix Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 packet of cake mix - I used a Green's 340g Vanilla Cake mix
1teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips ( I did a mixture of 50/50 dark and white chocolate)

Preheat oven to 180'c
Sift cake mix and baking powder together in a bowl
Add eggs and oil. Mix until combined.
Add chocolate chips.

The mixture is a bit stickier than a normal mix but don't worry!
Spoon the mix onto a prepared biscuit tray (use greaseproof paper)
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Wait for a couple of minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Told you it was ridiculously easy!!! :)
